For Multirent, protecting the privacy of our clients is very important. The information in this privacy policy applies to collecting and using information about our clients.

1. Collecting data

Multirent collects data about its clients which have been made available through various information forms on the website (for example reservation requests, requests for quotations).

2. Collected data

The type of personal data that is collected consists, among other things, of: address details, email addresses, date of birth, driver's license numbers and rental history. These data are saved as part of our data to help us maintain and improve our records and the management of our car rental organization.

Since July 20, 2009 you will be asked to provide your thumbprint on top of the rental agreement. The thumbprint will be kept in the rental file during the rental period. Only autorised employees have access to the file. At the end of the rental period the thumbprint will be made unreadable or cut out the rental agreement. Multirent also saves your IP address when you visit our site. This address only identifies your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and does not contain any information about you as a person. We use this information to help us understand where the traffic to our site originates from.

3. Protection of data

Multirent will handle the collected data with care and will not make them available to third parties, only in case of fraud.

4. Permission

By using this website and by sending us your details, you give Multirent permission to save and process your personal data in our computers.
