Which insurances do I need?
For driving in the rental car within the Netherlands, you don't need an insurance. Your rental car has comprehensive third-party liability/collision insurance and a personal accident insurance is also included. The maximum third-party covering is € 2,500,000.- per occurrence. Maximum number of insured passengers corresponds to the number of safety belts available in the rental vehicle.
We advice you to arrange a travel insurance in your country, among other things in case your personal belongings are damaged, lost or stolen.
In case you want to travel to other countries than the Netherlands with the Multirent rental vehicle, permission is needed in advance. An international insurance is also required. For more information, contact one of our locations.
