What to do in case of an accident or breakdown?
In case of a breakdown or accident, contact Multirent by calling 0800 - 8040. This phone number is also visible on your key ring. You can also contact the Multirent location where you rented the car; you can find the number of the location in the letterhead on your contract. The staff from the Multirent location will help you further. Also for other information you can contact our locations.
In case of an accident, do not forget to fill in the accident statement form. You will find a copy in the glove compartment, together with a card with the phone numbers of various emergency services.
